CRMWD’s Board of Directors
CRMWD’s three member cities appoint representatives to its governing body, the District Board of Directors.
In its early history, the Board of Directors played a critical role in setting the District on a path to long-term success. Without government or other financial aid, our directors worked tirelessly to obtain water rights, pass legislation for reservoirs, secure financing and manage the operations of CRMWD.
Today, our Board of Directors continues this legacy, bringing with them an array of professional and leadership experience to manage the resources of a strong, self-funded organization serving over 600,000 West Texans.
Board meetings are open to the public and agendas are posted in accordance with the Open Meetings Act. The Board also has five active committees who further discuss and recommend specific actions. Their meetings are held on an as-needed basis and properly posted.
District Board Committees Include:
- Executive Committee
- Operations Committee
- Administration and Audit Committee
- Retirement and Trust Committee
